Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
If your artwork is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of collection or delivery with photographs and a description of the issue. We will assess the matter and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
Artwork Collection
Due to the fragile nature of each artwork, we do not offer postage or courier shipping.
All works must be collected from one of our nominated collection points. Collection details will be provided after purchase.
We also offer in-person delivery to selected Gippsland suburbs. Delivery availability and fees (if applicable) will be confirmed at checkout.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure safe transport of the artwork once collected.
